Focus on Value, Not Sales: The primary goal of this community is to foster learning and collaboration among accounting professionals. Partners are encouraged to share insights, best practices, and industry knowledge and refrain from direct sales pitches. 

No Unsolicited Direct Messages: Refrain from sending unsolicited direct messages (DMs) to members promoting your products or services. If a member expresses interest in your offering, you may engage in direct conversations upon their request.

Participate in Designated Channels: Partners may share promotions, product updates, and demo invitations only in designated channels (a channel will be established specific to your solution). Outside these channels, focus on contributing value by answering questions and sharing educational content only.

Educational Content Over Promotions: Share insights, industry trends, and educational resources that can help members understand the benefits of automation and best practices, rather than solely promoting your products or services.

Respect Member Privacy: Use of information from this community to build email lists or contact members outside of the community without explicit consent is forbidden. Again, if a member expresses interest in your offering, you may engage in direct conversations upon their request.

Identify Your Role: Be transparent about your role as a partner or representative of a company. When sharing content or offering advice, disclose your affiliation clearly to maintain trust and transparency.

Collaborate with Moderators: If you have valuable content, events, or resources to share, consider collaborating with community moderators to ensure it aligns with the needs and interests of the community.

Content Guidelines for PARTNERs

No Spam or Excessive Promotion: Do not post repetitive promotions or unsolicited advertisements. Any content that appears spam-like or purely promotional will be removed by moderators.

Engage in Discussions: Partners are encouraged to participate in general discussions and offer insights where relevant. Sharing industry knowledge and answering member questions is a great way to demonstrate your expertise.

Contribute to Educational Initiatives: Consider hosting webinars, contributing to panel discussions, or providing case studies that highlight real-world applications of your solutions without a sales focus.

Collaboration Opportunities

Partners interested in deeper engagement (e.g., sponsoring events, contributing to research reports) should contact OTTO-MATES directly to explore partnership opportunities that align with the interests of the community.

Violations

Partners who do not follow these guidelines will result in restricted access or removal from the community.
